- Q: What should I do if my bottle starts leaking?
- A: If milk is leaking from the air-vent, it’s possible that something might be blocking the vent. Make sure the tips of the vents are clear by either massaging the vent tips in warm water or sterilizing the nipple in boiling water for 5 minutes to remove any blockage.
If milk is leaking from the sides, the ring is most likely misaligned. Please double check to see that the nipple and plastic ring are assembled correctly and then properly screw the nipple top tightly onto the bottle.If further assistance is needed, please email us at info@perrymackin.com - Q: What should I do if the nipple and/or bottle collapses during feeding?

- A: After each use, make sure all the bottle parts are fully cleaned and air-dry completely to prevent moisture build-up.
- Q: How often should I replace the nipples/bottles?
- A: Although this will vary depending on your usage, we recommend that nipples be replaced approximately every 3 months and bottles every 6 months.

- Q: What is your return policy?
- A: Returns are accepted within 90 days of your order date for orders placed on www.perrymackin.com and shipping within the contiguous United States. After we receive your returned items in new condition and its original packaging, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post.
- Q: What items are eligible for return?
- A: Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in new and original condition.
Sale and promotional items (e.g. free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items) and gift bundle sets cannot be returned.
