Return Policy

All merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of your invoice.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
All initial shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable, unless reason for exchange or return is due to damaged or wrong item shipped.
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in its original condition. All products must be unused with all packaging, and all parts.

Return Procedure

Please contact us via email before returning any products. No refunds will be issued if a product is returned without authorization.
To obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, please email info@perrymackin.com with your invoice number and reason for return or exchange.
Once you receive the RMA number, print it and affix it on the package and use a delivery service that provides a tracking number.
When our returns department receives the package, you will be notified by email.
